But the fact that issues such as freedoms and respect for human rights is not conceived in Russian geopolitical thinking.

       That is, that Putin is a dictator in the full sense of the concept, there are no political ideologies, there is only maintaining power at any cost, so that means continuing the genocide in Aleppo.
