WHAT ARE THE MOTIVES SURROUNDING THESE EXTREME ACTIONS, LIKE SETTING A FIRE ON THE BUILDING? IT WAS SHOCKING FOR ME TO NOTICE THAT THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOW TO ENTER THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING.  HENCE, I PRESUME THAT THE USC’S PRESIDENT, DR CLINTON VALLEY IS DEALING WITH THIS MATTER AND IS TAKING SECURITY MEASURES.  BUT IS THET ENOUGH?

       REFLECITONS WILL NOT BE ENOUGH, IT IS NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY THE MOTIVES AND THE PERSONS WHO ARE BEHIND ALL THIS.
